Supportive Leadership 101

This five-part, online training will take place February 25 - March 1. We cover topics related to scheduling, implementing, documenting, and improving supervision with your employees. This training is unique in that it is practical and applicable -- no overloading you with theory and lecturing! Each day of content ends with actionable steps for you to implement right then, with access to free downloads of all tools, worksheets, and examples utilized in the training. At the end of the week, you will be prepared to move forward with an organized supervision plan and the leadership skills needed to implement it. Jill, Ryan, and Amber will also provide individual consulting throughout the week -- they will answer specific questions and make sure all content is translated to your unique work environment through a private Facebook group.
