Third Wheel, LLC helps Ohio social workers, counselors, and the agencies that employ them grow with confidence. We started in 2018 training social service professionals, and today we offer virtual training supervision for LSWs working toward their LISW, CEU-eligible trainings, and consulting for agencies and community organizations.

How We Can Help
Support for agencies and community organizations with workforce and leadership development, program development and implementation, and Medicaid billing development.
CEU-eligible trainings for Ohio social workers and counselors, including crisis de-escalation, trauma-informed care, mental health basics, leadership, and burnout prevention. Take them online or bring them to your team in person.
Virtual group supervision for Ohio LSWs working toward independent licensure. Groups meet weekly for 1-2 hours on Zoom, led by experienced LISW-S supervisors, so you can earn your hours from anywhere in the state.
